    Interior light stays on?

    Hello all,

    Just had my battery go flat, both interior lights stayed on?

    I have had to resort to pulling the fuse to the lights as they will not go off. Any ideas would be helpful.

    Has auto fade and interior light turn off, well did have

    RRC 1990 model.

    Find the auto fade relay, it's red from memory, somewhere under the dash with other relays, remove it.

    Yep, it is the red one - should be underneath the dash - down low on the RHS of the steering column. There will be a couple of others with it.

    Probably the time delay relay, but also remember the time delay does not work on the rear hatch .
    Maybe have a look at the rear hatch switch to see if it has broken or the wires have short circuited.
