    Which Bilsteins for 93?

Ok I've got a '93 with air suspension removed.
It's running with shocks inside the coils on the front and angled shocks on the rear.
Was going to order some Bilsteins but which ones?
Obviously the front will need pre-EAS type shocks but the rear would need EAS type shocks yes? Or is it better to fit shocks inside the coils on the rear, therefore I'd need Pre-EAS shocks?
    Has that confused everyone nicely?
Oh yeah they list the steering damper as different on air suspension vehicles too.

    Huh?
The rear never had shocks indide the coils on sprung RRCs. You need spring shocks mainly becasuse the jounce/rebound ratios are different coil to air.

Btw, are bilsteins the best choice? I have em in my ED Falcon and BA pursuit and they are excellent! Is it also true in Rangies?
I've used Koni before in a couple of Falcons and thought they were a little more comfortable but that could have been simply because they weren't gas pressurised ones.
Also is there any difference between air sus and coil steering dampers because again, they list a different part for each.

IMH if you wanta good ride, standard LR shocks are the best or Boge.

However, if you plan to do LOTS of corrugations then Bilstein are one of the few that will do them for thousands of ks and come up smiling.

My Billies have done the GRR, kalumburu, Cape York, Tanami, Plenty towing a camper trailer. They are gettinga bit loose now But they have been excellent.
Not perfect , as one front leaked about 5Ml and I had it rebuilt to be on the safe side.

I cannot comment on Konis, although I had them on a GQ and they were good.I also have Konis on my old camper and they are 15years old and still not leaking.

If you go with the 7100s get them from Great Basin Rovers in Utah who sell them with poly bushes insted of the heim joints, much better for longevity. Also get the 400/100 damping for the rears

    Cheers Nick,

Is there any reason to use these 7100's over the other ones?
    What does 400/100 damping mean?

    Coil Sprung - Suspension

Their prices seem pretty good. I seem to remember a few guys on here have dealt with them.
At any given point in time, somewhere in the world someone is working on a Land-Rover.
