Bigdog, I doubt if the bolt-on pulley with or without pump will be suitable. I suggest you contact a specialist LR wrecker and purchase a correct pulley. Postage would not be dear even from WA. Linn Rover springs to mind, I've bought a few bits off them.

Done
Second hand pulley from WA arrived in a couple of days.
Needed to remove the Dizzy, to adjust the power steering pump, to refit the pulley and belt?????? A surprise but it gave me a chance to redo the timing.
So does anyone have any tips on the belt tension? I have approx 7-8mm up/down movement on each belt at the halfway point between pulleys?
And would the preference be to err on the side of slightly loose, or slightly tight (just right would be good)?

If, when you pull full lock, and/or flick on all the spot lights, you get a belt squawking noise and the tacho needle drops, you know it's too loose.
