Yes in size and lift, but I do believe the the factory spring rates changed over the years and between the two.

Sorry if this is dumb but im new to the world of range Rovers.
2" nothing else is required. Not even shocks, once you go over 3 or add longer shocks you need more mods.

I've got a 35mm lift with Toughdog adjustable shocks. I've got 0 degree caster now. i think Land rovers are meant to have -3 degrees and for every 1/2 inch higher lift the cast is adjusted but +1 degrees.

I've noticed a difference from the lift. It is more twitchy now. I kind of like the responsiveness but i'm not comfortable knowing it is wrong.

I'm going to get my swivel holes machined, most likely by LRA Castor correction

Also i changed the springs and shocks myself without much trouble. Carefull looking at 2 inch lift springs, i noticed they are not all actually 2'' lifts. I went with Toughdog because the were honest about the lift and my mate had them and was happy. I probably should have gone for the medium heavy duty springs in the rear though. Dobinson do a true 2'' lift. But i think they are twin gas shocks and not foam cell shocks. If that makes a difference to you.

    Good luck
