All the pneumatic companies make spun stainless steel air-reservoirs. But for trials variable volume would be good. Like the pneumatic cylinder and lock it at different lengths.
I would just T it inline near the bag and let the short length of small diameter line provide some extra damping.
Right now I've got to chop my spare EAS kicker cable into a EAS unlock-suite cable and see why my one hangs to the left at std ride height. I wonder if that section of the height sensors are worn out?

Nope. In my experience a worn section of a height sensor (intermittant loss of contact) will throw a soft fault... EAS light will start flashing and system will freeze, - at least if it happens whilst locked in Standard Height - middle button. I leave it at standard height simply to save wear & tear on the overworked pump...Quote:

I think the sensors can be swapped side to side, to utilise the other resistance track. As mine is very sensitive to wet weather, I reckon moisture is getting into the unit and doing the damage. Swapping may not work for me.
Going down on one side is more likely a leak. Bubble mixture for kids is a great way to find them!

Which EAS light starts flashing?
Mine is quite low km (170,000) but at all heights except high the LH side hangs about an inch lower than the right.

- My mistake, I thought yours went down (standing) on one side.... If it is consistantly low, then the calibration is amiss. - Either the Unlock Suite or Kicker can re-set it.
This lamp flashes for a fault, and stays lit if the system is unplugged at the Diagnostic plug. - Or if mine is turned OFF via my Secret Switch. It also indicates that you're in HIGH mode, I think.
I have a slow leak also (LHS drops an extra inch over a week), but yes I think it's either a calibration issue or bent sensor rods.Quote:

The EAS Kicker costs even more to get the ability to calibrate ride-heights and the user interface is a bit limited. I want to get EAS Suite running, just need to splice a DB9 onto the spare kicker cable.
