An EAS does'nt have one. Or should have...
- Not even the mounting for one on that Big Round Pipe that joins the chassis rails, leastways not on mine (Just checked, to be sure-To Be Sure)
Just had a fair question raised which the guru's can answer in a flash.
If you have working EAS, does the Boge leveller have any useful function? (apart from being available if/when the EAS defects).

Actually, it would work against you... Might be ok when you're at Standard Height, but at when the EAS - ECU decides it needs to be at Highway level, some 20mm lower, the BOGE will want to pump itself up to hold it's length... but the air-springs will be progressively deflated as the dumb ECU keeps the dump valve open ('cos the height sensor input still says 'Standard'...)
The ride on cornering would be.... Interesting.
Things would be sort of ok at Extended, as the BOGE will want to de-pressurise it's lifting section, so not a great effect on rear axle performance.
That's my take on it...
Why?
Anyway, when the EAS goes AWOL, you'll just operate your in-built 'Self-Rescue' arrangement....which is what that cheap cig-lighter air pump is for.
You will be fitting a Self-Rescue System....
I thought after I posted it might be a silly question - especially as I don't know that I have one and can't look yet. Still coming to grips with the intricacies of EAS, despite doing plenty of reading.
Getting withdrawal symptoms waiting to get Bessie (As PO named her) back and go for a quiet burn to Gosnells.

I don't think EAS cars have them...?! I could be wrong though, but I'm sure I was told that (had a conversation about them as mine is stuffed).

Arrow points to the front.
RAVE manual shows both, EAS and coily-steely thingies...
You'll find also the eas years had a round cross member, and the wishbone had a different part number.
I was watching a heavily loaded 200series toybota fuelling up the other day and thought 'you've spent a large chunk of money on a vehicle that can't even level itself, my dad's 77 model can do that'.
I understand that the BOGE technology is used- or was going to be incorporated in the rear shock absorbers of some European cars. - Dunno which or what, or if it went beyond Having a Good Idea.
Certainly makes sense and eases the burden on HID headlight-levelling mechanisms.
