    Decisions decisions...

Being the owner of 2, 2 door Rangies, one which is full of rust and manual, another which has an immaculate body and floors, but is auto and doesn't run. I'm trying to figure out whether to sell one to fund the rusty one, or the idea of a body swap has just dawned on me. Decisions, decisions...

That's the third person to say that... Is there something special about early auto 2 doors?

Don't bother trying to restore a rusty shell: lots of time effort and money and you'll never get rid of all the tin worm.

What am I missing ... Surely swapping the drivetrain would be a minor job ... Just stick the engine and gearbox into the other one and chuck the slugomatic away . Why would you do a body swap ( I'm sure there is a reason, I just don't know what it is ). If the body on the other one is full of rust, the chassis probably will be too

I like the idea of giving everything a good once over with no body on, would make access to everything very easy, still undecided though
