Thread: RRC wheel nut specs

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me the thread size and correct material these are made from?
I need to get 6 extended wheel nuts made to support my 2B FC front wheel steps as I'm using RRC axles assemblies and disco1 reversed rims.

Nuts are steel, M16, not sure on the thread pitch but same as all series 3 to current defender and discovery 1.

M16 x 1.5

Hi Tensile steel (grade)
Carbon steel
etc

not ordinary mild steel, surely!!

Plain carbon steel (aka mild steel) will do the job fine if you don't overtorque them.
If you're getting them made, then you can go for whatever fits your budget and desires.

On topic, can anyone suggest suppliers for mag wheel nuts in this size? Eg extended sleeve?
