Flooded the **** out of it right :p
If it's carbs, whip them off and check the needle and seats aren't stuck. If it's injection, whip all the plugs out, any that are flooded, pull the injectors for those cylinders and see if there leaking.
Either way your going to need to pull all the plugs and crank it over to clear all the fuel out... and add some fresh/dry plugs before you try again.

Ok so the foot to the floor isn't the go. I'm pulling plugs tonight. Then wind over to clear. Will check for compression stroke and that it's firing then. I know it has spark. And fuel. I have recently put refurbed injectors in and it started fine so I think my issue was dizzy.

It could also be full of fuel from a holed fuel pressure regulator. Take the vacuum hose off the back of the manifold that goes to the reg, check for fuel dribble.
Just a thought. Once you have cleared all the petrol. Why not try starting it on gas? If beeuty is right about the reg allowing fuel passed the wrong way it probably wont start because it will have too much and mixed fuel. You could disconnect the fuel pump to avoid this. But if it starts and runs on gas. It's not likely to be the dizzy.
Yeah I would but it's out of gas. It did start on fuel but was rough as hadn't been run on fuel for a while. When I bought it last year the bloke said he only used gas. So to fix that I got fully refurbed injectors which I installed and cleaned the fuel rail at the same time. Once done I kicked it over and she fired up fine and ran nice. I tried to turn the dizzy which is how I broke the vacuum advance. I then fixed that temp until the new one came. So it did run on fuel before I change the dizzy once we changed it didn't so something is out on the dizzy which is why I'm checking the tdc and spark to make sure it's all good. It only fills when I wind it over to start it.
Pulled all plugs dried them and wound over to clear cylinders. Check tdc off piston and rotor position. Checked if it got spark at that time which it did by turning dizzy over no1 while ignition on. Reinstalled all and went to turn over got a slight sound of a kick and then nothing again just winding over. Anyone know a landie mech in Gold Coast area who can come to me
Tried starting it with Aerostart? No petrol, just a healthy squirt into the inlet.
Next trick is to find some connectors to connect a bbq bottle to your gas filler, decant some bang fluid into your tanks and get it to run on gas at least.
