I was searching the net... Being a dork and came across these;

Trying to find a wiring diagram to se if these will work. They are back lit and mine are looking pretty crappy. Anyone had experience with these? I found a couple of different ones but I think the current draw is an issue. These are the only ones that are 20a.

Plus I think these would look fantastic in my rangie.
