Don't scrap it!!! Bloody things are becoming hard to come by even if there a bit cut up (I do think the LRA flares suit them with the right wheel/tyre combo) have 4 of them myself which I won't sell and hope to get a couple more as time goes on.

Vinyl covers on the rear pillars points to it being a `74. What's going on in front of the rear wheel arches, between the flare and the door? Looks like the quarter panel has been pulled out but the flare is still straight. Just a trick photo or has something 'crafty' been done there?

haha yeah it will most certainly not be getting scrapped! it will be recieved a well deserved restoration, along with the silver one dad also has. it was originally bought by previous owner as a parts car for the silver one, but i guess you could say we have indeed saved it! we do need a set of wheels for it though! i love the flares on it, suits it. im not sure whats going on there chivalry, i think it might be a weird photo shadow. but ill go have a looksie shortly. this one is factory manual, the silver is factory auto. its almost a full family photo just about here, my sis, mum, partner and dad! just missing myself and my sisters partner haha. i get way attached to cars, and am very fond of both of these. the silver one has been my knight in shining armour the last few days, being the only other automatic, it looked after me getting to my appointments and sorting out things for my dear friends funeral when my disco wouldnt start. its slow as heck LOL. but for 30 years old it is damn nice to drive.

well the rangie came to the rescue again today. if i didnt know any better id say its sabotaging my disco in the dead of the night, so it breaks down, and thus is tryign to steal me from my own car!!! disco overheated as my coolant has all disappeared again! so topped up, went home, and then out in the rangie to go rescue my broken down friend in her landcruiser! big pat on the back to the silver rangie today!

and the funny bit on the rear quarter there is the 2 screws that hold it in place in the door jam are not there. so its sitting out a tad
