Question Sound Sys in a RRC 1985

I just bought a 1985 RRC and looking into fitting a reverse camera with monitor. I have come across this unit which will be an improvement to the sound system in the car and also has a reverse camera.
I need suggestions where (if it is possible) to fit it in the dash.

    The unit is HERE

    a review is [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwxpNAyWTec"]HERE[/ame]

    Inputs are appreciated

The other option can be this one and I guess that fits in the designed place.

D712 - 7 inch digital screen in dash car dvd player | Future Car Audio - Online Car Multimedia Systems

or this one with GPS as well

    D714G - 7

I'm looking at reverse cameras integrated into the mirror for one of my RRC's.

I haven't bought one yet, just looking.

Where's the radio in an '85? In the centre near the heater controls or off to the far right?

If in the centre, it's tight enough with a standard radio.
If off to the far right, then it would be possible to fit something bigger with a bit of work but the screen would be next to useless to read easily.

    Fancy a dash pod?

    Fancy a dash pod?
It is in the centre under the heater controls.
Perhaps a dash pod will be the solution.
how to go about if I go that way I do not know. Perhaps getting and instrument enclosure from Jaycar and cover it with vinyl ?
Are MUD pods available for this application?

I look at them, they are asking gold for them.
I guess that getting an instrument box from Jaycar will be the way to go and heaps cheaper .
    Thanks for the inputs
