    Question Fitting a towing hitch

I have a towing hitch to fit it on the RR and have to shop for the correct bolts to do the job.
Have any of you know the sizes of the bolts specially the length?
    Inputs appreciated

What brand Arthur? Genuine LR (I recently acquired one) also have plates that are used in conjunction with washers and bolts.

I was lucky enough to get the lot..........with original bolts. Can PM you a pic if you want.

    Cheers, DL

From the one (unknown brand) that I pulled from my RRC to fit an ARB rear bar. 4 off 1/2" x 4" UNC and 2 off 7/16" x 4 3/4" UNC.

This are the 2 bolt sizes that I need.
I got the others in place holding the gas tanks where was the fuel tank.

Ok, that's a bit different to mine. The one I removed (and is now fitted to my D1) had 4 x bolts along the back. RRC bolt size was 1/2"UNC, but from memory the D1 was 3/8" or 7/16", still around that 4" long mark tho. Have a funny feeling I may have trimmed them a tad for the D1 tho.

Ok, now I know that I should be able to use 12mm x 100mm long HT bolts.
In one site they mentioned 1/2" x 5" long and I was in doubt.
