    Overdrive

    Who knows about overdrives for the 4 speed and if you can retro fit them?

    They are bolt on like the series unit but you need to get the shim right

    The most common OD for these is the Fairey Overdrive. They aren't the strongest things in the world, but do work well. I'm guessing from your sig that you are talking about the LT95 4 speed box from the earlier Range Rovers? When looking for one, be aware these are different units from the ones that go on the 4 speed Series boxes. They come up on fleabay from time to time.
