Well that's the first time I have seen a soft dash rangie dash from that angle. I didn't realise that the dash top was one piece over the instrument binnacle, it looks better than the D1 and wouldn't rattle like the flimsy D1 instrument cover.
I also like the switches to the right of the ac/heater controls, are these on all soft dash rangies? They look more useful than the stupid coin tray and switch blank panel on the D1.
I still prefer the look of the woodgrain hard dash below it.

Personally I like the range rover hard dash the most, but in all honesty you would have to be mad not to put in a disco dash if you have all the bits as the AC setup is far superior..........
-
About to start unbolting the disco dash ready for transplant

Don't forget the piccies. :D

Halted process might be going in another direction

You're as bad as me with changing your mind.
What is the plan now?
-
Might have a hard dash LSE that will be built out of parts I have.
Would then sell my 80 2 door etc,
See what happens in next week

I've put a disco dash into a rangie it's not that hard but isn't a straightforward fit either. Hopefully the link will work as there are a couple ( though not so good) of pics
