If you want to keep it low-maintenance / cost, then reference / choose from the RAL colour palette.

This is the standardized colour palette for most european commercial vehicles, adopted by the vehicle manufacturers.

Appreciated thanks. Wanted to keep it solid color preferably for cost/maintenance, but also wanted it to stand out a bit.

    Any time...
Hope it helps you find something you like.

There are some pretty gnarly colours in the RAL palette.

From an MB perspective, a lot of emergency / commercial vehicles as well as most of the steyr-puch G-wagens & unimogs use the standard RAL palette. MB also still use the colour palette for the W461 G-professional, but I am yet to see an Aussie delivered w463 G in a non-metallic colour. Marketing stuff... and you'd expect that to be the case for the absurd price they charge.. (I'd actually expect a lot more for my money to be honest.... like 37" tyres and portal axles, and a hose-out interior)

As an Aside - there is a page here: http://www.classicway.de/ which is a database of the Mercedes-Benz classic car 3-digit colour codes. Some of them (you will notice) have the same name as the RAL solid colours, and in some cases are identical in solid colour instances.
