my rrc was fitted with King Springs krrs-02 on the rear and krfs-01 when i purchased it
i dont like the ride, the rear seemed to wallow and leaned to the passenger side and it just feels off.
the passenger side is a good 20mm lower than the drivers side
having some time to myself and seeing i had some unused LRA pink (180psi x 405mm H) springs laying round, i fitted them to the rear today to see where that got me..
vehicle is now level from passenger side to driver side but the rear of the car is 50-60mm too low , which is what i pretty much expected... but now i sort of have a guideline so to speak
bearing in mind that i now have an arb rear bar on it and will have a 40l engel and a 40-50kg toolbox in the rear most of the time..
my thinking is LRA purple (220psi x 430mm H) should be where i need to be aiming...
anyone with experience know whether i am on the money or not?

My vehicle came with kings, same as yours. Too hard ride... I ended up with LRA springs, after discussion with Andrew at LRA ... I think White on rear and Red on front.
Andrew wanted to know about bump stop F&R, 2 batteries, bull bar, winch, rear load etc before making recommendation.

remember that with nice soft springs you get very comfortable road ride, excellent off road flex, and amazing corner sway!
I think it is the passengers who are most concerned, as it has never bothered me as the driver!

am going with some dobinsons....
i am adding weight to the rear bar as i go along so went with the heavier ones as i am already about 100kg over what was standard with the arb rear bar, cargo barrier, the fridge and the toolbag etc etc and am hoping to get a small van to tag along behind as well...

I got Inc a set od Dobinson's C51-022's at a reasonable price,and he seems happy with those.

I personally prefer the LRA springs I've bought a couple of sets and the ride is about right. I prefer soft and don't mind a bit of wallowing on corners (my 92 Rangie has the OEM sway bars so the sway is not too noticeable). Nothing worse when your Rangies rides like a pile of crap
Had Dobinsons before, there not too bad either but I prefer the LRA ones just the price is excessive.
