Ahh the old "As Far As I Can Recall" trick!

Hi Phil,
Not sure why you want to go 8",,,,,,,,,,, the modded (15 x 7") Rostyles on my pos have 31 x 10.5 tyres which fit neatly in the guards without needing flares.

Me too, 31x10.5 on 7" Gotti's, standard guards - they are a good fit.
If Ritter's had them made - probably done by Eastern Wheel Works - they still make them but not cheap. They do good work though.

Nice unit............... great colour! Red is crap.
!5" rims? not 16's?
Dunno who made the ones I have, would have cost a fortune to weld chromed rims onto steel centres. I didn't realise they were chrome till I picked them up, was going to get them galvanised.
cheers, DL
Thanks, but the red looks good too. Yes 15x7"s, I like the proportions - Had them for years, previously on my D1. I did push out the bottom of the rear guards with a new bracket though to prevent rubbing.
The only place that I have found locally to Sydney that can fit wider outer rims is Morton & May.
Because of the diameter of the centre of the wheel, outer rims must be sourced from the USA as the centres are a different diameter to that used by English and European manufacturers.
Fitting the rims is $350 per wheel plus another $150 for powder coating provided a standard colour is used.
$2000 for a set of 4 but at least they would be safety rims that can then use tubeless tyres without any issues.
