    Door seal clips - 393116

I bought some new door seals and there's no way they fit 'naturally' in the door (piccie of the current seals attached).

Are these clips - part #393116 the pieces I need to attach the new seals? If so, how many are needed and is there any special tips?

The clips are for door seal that fits down over window to door. Your piccie is of actual door seal. You have to use a plastic trim tool or something similar to fit these seals in place. Fit back edge first then compress edge nearest opening with your plastic tool. It’s slow bit by bit work. At first it doesn’t seem right but once you get it going it works

Thanks, the current seals obviously fit, but I think I've bought some post '82 door seals as they have a pinchweld on them.
