Yes but steering stops will need to be wound out as they will rub on the radius arms.
At the moment I have 245/70R 16 tyres on my 1986 Range Rover. Will 265 tyres fit without scrubbing ? The rims are stamped 7jx16x33.0. I think they are early disco. Cheers Chris.

245/70's are a good size for them

245.75x16 will fit with a couple of tweaks.
1 grind down bolt from inside of rear guards at 12 oclock
2 cut flange off the front 1/2 of the inside of the outer rear guards.
3 adjust lock stops

265/75/16's are larger than legal size in Qld as only allowed 50mm increase in dia
