It just occurred to me: The disable switch hasn't been accidentally turned on has it? It's a black rocker switch under the right rear of the driver's seat. If it's rocked down, then it is on and provides an open door signal to the EAS ECU. This will prevent height changes (unless driving over about 50km/h). Simply switch it off.
