That's just a simple mixer plate with adjustment screw, you need a different converter if you use this type of mixer.
They are less restrictive than the impco mixer's.
I got this image from a previous post from 2011. Can anyone identify the sandwich mixer placed at the entry to the Air Flow Meter. I currently have an Impco 200 mixer on my 3.5 litre flapper system but am looking to upgrade to a closed loop Gastec FP-50DS. What are the thoughts on the Impco compared to a closed loop FP-50DS. I have already added a wideband O2 sensor with display to the vehicle for tuning purposes.

I have the other type of mixer ready to go. I also have a Emmegas DEG103 but don't have the DTE103 to set it up that's why I thought I would just put the Gastec product on it. I cannot see that mixer plate available for my RRC anywhere, I also don't know the manufacturer or part number of it. I was thinking of putting a gas ring mixer between the air flow meter and throttle body.
Can I ask what wideband O2 system did you use and if you used one sensor or one for each bank.
Thanks
Garry

I used a single AEM Wideband UEGO gauge and corresponding oxygen sensor, they came together in a packet. I just used the one and placed it in the Y section where the two banks of the exhaust manifold meet. I have had it for around 7 years and never had a problem. My cars run LPG 99% of the time and it is great to set the mixtures. It has been on a 1978 RR with a Carburettor 3.5 litre, 1984 RR with a 5.0 litre Holden engine and its now on a 1988 RR EFI 3.5 litre.
Looks almost like its made for a square throat down draft weber.
