It's been many years but here goes.
1 Fuel pressure regulator (top pick)
2 coolant temp sensor at front of engine. AFAIR there are two. 1 for the gauge and one for the ECU
3 fuel return to the tank blocked
4 evap valve.
5 failed MAF
6 misaligned TPS
Has a Bosch alternator been fitted? If so shield wire from dizzy to module or route to avoid being close to alternator.
