Another option is a sill tank. I had one on my '87 RRC. Click on the pix.

My friend has some allowance on his relocation shipping back from Brisbane to the US next month and I'm thinking I can get a long range tank for my recently imported '84 2 door back to the US in his container. It looks like Brown Davis and Les Richmond Automotive both still list 120L options for a carbed RRC. Any thoughts on one over the other? It will probably come down to lead times given the 6-7 weeks available but I figured I would ask around.

I have a brown davis 120 ltr tank in my 77 2door fitted it in 1994. Tank is still in excellent condition yes we've re painted it externally.
Happy with this tank. Sender works but of course readings are not accurate. Full is not full and empty isn't empty?
Both brands are generally excellent.
