I used standard bents welded to straight pipe. Spec's are: Dia. 2.5"x3mm thk pipe, bends are 3.5mm thk. The bottom pipes are Dia. 38x2mm bent exhaust pipes. The centre part are made out of 4mm thk plates. The whole thing's weight is 27kg.

you mean you buy the pipe pre-bent?
Yes you buy the bends at the local steel pipe supplier, ie: 45 deg & 90 degree bends.
Just by driving it, you be able to tell if a 3.5 or 4.6.
Bit like night and day.
One of my RRC's had bottom end 4.6 and even block and heads were made to look standard to get past inspection but once started, it was all 4.6 with bigger valves, higher comp and haltech to give better performance and boy could you tell, even the exhaust note sounded like a bigger motor.

With some TLC it could be a very nice rangy but i am beginning to think i may be better off just buying one already up to the spec i hope for.
Well Fluffy has been wheeled, broke and wheeled again. She is currently unlocked but still hasnt stopped her from gettin it! :cool:
