-25mm offset on 8" clears and engineerable. If you have 2"body lift will only need a guard and door trim and Flares. I use LRA XL flares. Spring set up will depend on application and weight.

you'll Probably need a -1" Offset ( as Mentioned ) on 15x8 or 16x8 steel Rims , LRA ( rangie spares ) sells 2.5" body Lift kits , they also do Flares as well I found them to be little exxy. I obtained Scorpion Flares thru Rovacraft.

Would like to do small comps and family vacations in it so will have roof top camper 2 x spares and the other entire usual camping gear can you suggest what spring hight and stiffness I should use and what brand to use.

Re-rims. I just bought a set of 16x8 Dynamica rims for my 90 Vogue SE running 285/75r16 Goodyear MT/R's. Rime were @$140 each, not bad value as long as you like black
