    Question Battery bracket location

    hi all

I have a RR vogue 1990 3.9 I bought recently and have discovered there are no holding brackets for the batteries I was wondering if any one has picks of the brackets and of were they attaché to the RR. I have been given two brackets they think came of a RR but for the life of me I can not figure out were they:angel go with out major mods.

    cheers

There is a few ways that it can be done. Mine has shortened J bolts on a universal bracket on both sides. Used a hex nut at front as is a bit tight to swing a wing nut.

I have the batery out of my P11 so if I get time will try to get pic as is original.

But that is not a standard RRC battery retainer.
The OEM one has a right angle bar which fits across the end of the battery below the positive terminal.ie near the radiator.
There are two holes about half way along the battery cradle that he adjustable rods fit into.
