When I mean work I mean as in will it give me a bit of lift until I get round to some different springs for the rear . Am completing a reno of a car i've never driven more than 2ks and certainly won't venture off road until i'm happy ,so the spacers are to even up the front to the back stance . I haven't put the Rear springs on the Front yet am just thinking of a cheap lift for the time being !
    Thanks Garfy

I thought that this mod gave a true 50mm lift or a fraction over??? You can shim the rears without a worry, and some shocks will take it in their stride, others wont tolerate the topping out.
    Cheers

    Hi Garfy,
What I have done before is to put the standard rear springs on the front and use range rover heavy duty springs on the rear (Landrover part no NRC4304 - colour red/white - £20 pair).
This gives the rangie the correct stance, good road manners and approx 1inch lift which doesnt affect the shocks. I used this cheap set up for offroading until i rebuilt my rangie.
I have now given mine a 2inch lift with procomp springs and decarbon +2inch shocks.
