Very rare. Do not think you can buy them new anymore. The orginal P76 manifold was a 2 barrel. You can get a adaptor plate to fit a 4 barrel equivalent fitting.

ive got the adaptor plate for the holley on it already, Will putting a 4 barrel adaptor plate on the 2 barrel adaptor plate have an effect on the gas system????

I know someone that has a 4-barrel manifold for a P76 in his spare parts shed. I asked on your behalf what it would be worth though, and he wanted a somewhat ludicrous $400 for it.
