    Hi LRHybrid. Thanks for that as I had wondered if it was home made or other wise.

    I had a look over their site & found one that looked a little like it, but it was the wide version I think I saw. Nice spotting.

    Probably a bit late in the day to post about this..........but. If you are stuck for places to screw into, I can recommend a very good product called Terrasol (available from The Body shop) I used this adhesive to bond my sunroof mechanism to the roof. It is a rubberised urethaney type of goop and will stick anything to anything and permanently.

    Cheers

    Just bringing this thread to life again. ZOMBIE MODE!!!

    So years ago... lot of years ago I bought a console from a member here - and finally managed to find out it was this one here in the link;
    Car Consoles & 4WD Storage Drawers - Department of the Interior - overhead consoles, roof consoles, custom built consoles, 4WD interiors, storage systems, vehicle consoles, radio console, dashboard pod, four wheel drive.

    It was suggested to me however that you could smash your head in to it in a crash with the Rangies low roof... however with this one its shaped and you would no more risk than
    smashing your head in to a pillar.

    So I will be fitting this up very shortly and I'll be sure to post the pictures on how it was all done.
