    Starter Motor

Took the 93 Range Rover shopping today, decided it didn't want to drive home, called the RAC they took 50 minutes to arrive to announce the starter motor stuffed (replaced in 2006 by Kevin at Jordan Rovers when the old one burnt itself out), they called a RAC flat bed tilt tray, which co-incidently took 50 minutes to arrive as well, who loaded the Rangie on the back and we had a nice ride in the tilt tray truck cabin home and then had the neighbours watch as she was placed nicely on the driveway by the tilt tray operator in front of the garage and we then unloaded the shopping and continued our day in the work car a Hyundai Sonata without further incident.

Another Range Rover adventure which you can view on.

    same as mine too.
You try buying a spare wheel nut from anywhere !

Last time my starter stopped I stripped and cleaned it.
Used fine wet n dry paper on the bushes(contacts) lashings of CRC and away it went.
