    transfer case

Hi all, just a quick one, I hope. I'm finding it very, very hard to go from hi range to lo range. This has only happened since the remove/replace gearbox and t/case assy. Any ideas on how to fix eg: adjustments etc. Sorry, the veh is an 84 4door rangie auto. Many thanks in advance. Bob H

first of check that you havent fouled or miss aligned a linkage.

if you put the cover that helps insulate noise/heat from the cab in the wrong way it will fit but can give these symptoms.

Thanks Dave, I'll check it out when I'm able to as at the moment I'm laid up with a large heamatoma in my leg which keeps me from enjoying my new veh. Bob
