What colour is my RR?
Hi,
I am trying to get touch up paint for the many stone chips on the bonnet of my beast. It is a 1987 HighLine with the lower panels silver and the upper panels a metallic or metal flake burgundy. There are no paint codes on the underbonnet plates. After visiting metallic colour I got a sample pot of Cassis mixed but that is far too red almost blood colour!
I know 87 would be after the era of CKD rangies, but is it possible that the second colour was applied by JRA using a non LandRover colour? Anyone know how to track down the paint code for this car?
thanks in advance
Gareth

I found the site linked in my post through a search on here. Unfortunately it only identifies one metallic red for 87. I was hoping another member might have a truck the same colour as mine.
Glad to hear there are other LR fans nearby!
cheers,
Gareth
