    73 Rangie Just Died No Spark

    Hello All
    Last night my beloved 73 Rangie died on me suddenly . Theres fuel there and she turns over but no spark . Under the bonnet theres a bit of power steering fluid thats leaked out and underneath the resovoir there is a silver box with wires going to it from the coil and its got some fluid on it . Had been trying to jump start a mates car earlier , could that hurt it ?

    Sounds like it might have aftermarket electronic ignition and it has failed. If you look under the distributor cap does it have points still?
