What offset wheels for my rangie????

I'm looking at some new shoes for the rangie, first the cars details are/will be shortly:

94 Classic RR w/ 2" spring lift, 2.5" White tiger bodylift, LRA X-Large Flares and the overall tread diameter i'll be going for is between 33"-34"s

The size of both of the wheels in question are 16x8 and come in the offsets ET0 and ET25, i'm thinking the ET25 is the way to go becasue the wheel sits further out from the centreline??? becasue ET0 means it is the exact middle of the rim??? is that right or am i completly heading down the wrong track, i always get confused when it comes to this sort of stuff, so anyone in the know, some help would be appreciated becasue i want to make the right decision first as it is an expensive mistake, i have emailed the place that sells them but have not heard back yet and i thought i'd get some more opinions.

    -25mm X 8" should be engineerable with 33's

thanks for that, i'm not to worried about the engeneering, though it would be good, but mainly the fit of the wheels i dont want them to sit inside the flares too much, prefably not at all, i would be prepared to add some extra flaring if they protruded but i dont want them to rub either which i don't think they should anyway with the b/l and flares.

A 15x7" rim measures 115mm from the inner edge of the rim to the face that mounts on the hub. Any less than that even with 31`s will catch the guards without a body lift.
If you fit 8" rims with this same offset the tyre will stick out another 25mm ish and will again catch the guards.
Unless you dont go off road with it
