I used to have one of these.
Yours must be the only one in existence still with it's air pump!
The cam in these was very poor compared to the straight non-emission cam or particularly the later injection cam.
I suggest that you would have great result by plugging the air pipes, fitting a pre 81 dizzy or better stilll a later electronic dizzy and changing to an injection cam.
I drove one once with the above and couldn't believe how much more power it had compared to mine.

No money at the moment, purchased the vehicle for the tyres and was thinking of using the LT95 in the defender 90 with a 4BD1T but i will probably just tidy it up and sell it on as it really is in too good a condition to part it out as i already have a 93 RRC in excellent condition plus the 98 tdi discovery as my daily driver.

    Thanks for the reply's.

Contacted the last owner who had it registered he used it only to take his boat to the boat ramp 5 k's from where he lived.
It originally was owned by a farmer who parked it and forgot about it, when it was found it was completely covered in dust and dirt. Where it was found was under a bush shelter with a roof but not completely enclosed which would explain why the paint is faded in some places but not others. It was sold to a dealer cleaned up and sold to the guy i spoke to today. He also said the dealer tried very hard to buy the vehicle back from him.
I will call the dealer and see if i can get the number of the original owner as at this stage the 52154 K's showing on the speedo could very well be genuine.
