Having hardly driven my Perentie since November, today for the second time I refitted the new water pump, to find it leaking again. I think the new, genuine pump may be the problem...don't want to have to pull it all down again. But my County thinks otherwise, demanding a clutch bleed and full service whilst the Perentie takes daily driving duties again. Gah.
48 749 had her new boots installed today.:cool:

Not today, but on the weekend:
- fitted the solid paladium interior lamp switch,
- fitted new finger pulls into the front glass on each door top,
- fitted sound deadening foam under the bonnet,
- removed the Raven spacers from the tub but weren't able to fit the tables because I didn't have the correct thread screws for the RivNuts in the capping.
- fitted MX-6707 antenna matchers to the front antenna brackets.
- painted camo green edge trim onto my number plate covers.
I was so busy I didn't get time to take a photo:( but I will be taking plenty of photos in April when we do the Connie Sue highway to get to Rawlinna for the nullabour muster.Quote:

Over the weekend I swapped a Defender truck cab for a cam net rack missing from 48-852 and acquired the 12V alternator and bracket for an FFR engine. :)
