Change in engine sound when idling - clutch in/out. Normal for an Isuzu?

The isuzu gearboxes have a really heavy input shaft seal to damp out the input shaft rattle. I once used a standard shaft seal and the rattle was terrible. Fitted the isuzu seal and noise greatly reduced.

This is the bit I think is rattling.

It's the input shaft seal on the Isuzu MSA gearboxes. It's found by unbolting the bellhousing and sliding it off.
