Thread: My new Perentie.. Help with parts

Hi guys,

Bought my perentie last week and just wanting to add some things to it but need help.

I am trying to find the following however have had no luck!

- spare wheel and tyre I don't care if it's original or for another car as long as it will work! Someone send me a link where???
- power steering... Any cheap option that I can get?
- winch.. I would have a clue but I have a budget.. I need anything that will get me out of trouble that is cheap as chips. It will probably only ever get used once or twice..

All I need are links for this and advice.. I know it's probably been asked a million times.

Spare wheel - check gumtree. Any 110/defender/disco1 steel wheel will fit.

PAS - do a search on here - plenty of posts. You can get a 2nd hand PAS box for ~$200 but it will probably leak. Best to go for a new one (~$600), PAS pump from a wrecker (~$50 - $500), hoses ~$150 from Pirtek/Enzed.

Winch - my Tigerz11 winch was cheap and has worked well for a few years. However customer service can be lacking from some reports.
