    Hi
I call in to Zenith Engineering today for a chat about their tacho and sensor.
The sensor only works with the Isuzu tacho and 1 type of VDO the problem is they are 80 odd mm and quite deep, it also has an hour meter. The guys said the small 52mm VDO tacho will not work with their sensor.

    regards

All you need to run the 52mm VDO is the W wire on your tacho. Get an auto-elec to add one, or do it yourself it you're practical.
