Will wolf Canopy from the UK fit Perentie???

I'm wondering if a wolf canopy from the uk will fit the Perentie, also wondering if mounting points are the same, especially interested in how it mounts to top of windscreen as from what I can see it doesn't have tube section, but I could be wrong. Thanks in advance.

It probably would, if the roof/screen interface is different get a wolf screen as well.

Contact Juddy, I thought he was packing a container in the UK as we speak.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

Resurrecting this thread as I am off to the UK on holiday and was thinking of bringing back a PVC canopy for my Perentie 110 GS. Any more info on how the Wolf top connects to the top of the windscreen? I've tried to google images but not much help.

The other issue would be if the canopy would fit over the ROP.
I have a feeling that since the ROP is a custom Australian job, that the UK one will not fit.

The Wolf has a ROP system similar to the Perentie, with the angled supports being a little longer. The overall dimensions look quite similar. Worth having a go. Further googling has discovered that the front piece is a 'flat bar clamp' type, still would like confirmation from anyone in the know. Also intrigued by the straps, extra battening perhaps?

Canopies arrived today so had a quick fit of both.

Wolf WMIK 110 Green PVC - Has flat bar on front of hood but still held well (max 60km/h). Sides are good depth, but back a little short. Not sure if this will stretch enough, may have to shorten rear ROPS? Plenty of velcro loops inside but most out of position, a little tinkering with the hood supports would help. Came with soft doors which zip on and can be unzipped to just the bottom half. Top can be unlaced full length (behind driver) to allow open top with sides still intact.

TUM ECM Sand 110 PVC - Neither a flat bar or round top front, just velcro and a bunch of tie downs (should't be hard to insert a rope to allow clamping). Side depth a little long, as is the rear length. I'm guessing the ECM Wolf had a higher ROPs. Will refit over the top of the roof rack to see how that takes up the slack.

Both have velcro flaps on sides too allow fitment of spare wheel. ECM has plenty of flaps for aerials etc.

If you don't mind me asking. What was the cost of these? The replacement ones from the Australian manufacturer seem reasonable cost wise. Is there any other benefit?

A quick google search will give you the price range. I won't tell you what I paid as I got a couple of extras and I may decide to trade them later down the track. Suffice to say they work out a lot cheaper than the local canvas canopy and may last longer being a heavy duty PVC.
