Only five seatbelts so the rear inward facing bench seats have no belts. Also that second row seat looks broke?
There's a 9 seat Personnel Carrier for sale now in Sydney.
Private seller. Just noticed it. Been listed for couple days now I think.
Has NSW rego ... and extra seatbelts (allegedly).
Listed as a County, but it's a Perentie.

The inward seats in my SC didn't have any seat belts either. When I registered it at vicroads I regd it as an 8 seater. The lady looked in the rear of the car but didn't say anything about the seat belts. I was under the impression that if it didn't come with belts as oem, then they don't have to be retrofitted...can anyone confirm?
2011 D4 SDV6, Rhino rack, UHF radio, Airflow snorkel, Tuff Ant's 265/65/18 Kumho KL61, 3 Way Lift Rods, Traxide dual battery, Korr LED light bar, APT gear: Rock sliders - Air Comp Guard - Air tank guard - Engine/sump guard - Front guard - Tranny guard
Dougal: For all the issues that Dervish mentions, It will be cheaper to find a good condition local Isuzu county, have the chassis dipped and galv'd, and rebuild the LT95 box to LT95a spec. The SC and Carryall are nothing special. A low-spec Isuzu Rover with an uprated gearbox.
Bad co: If that was one from the Qld sale a couple of months ago, then the door frames are in poor condition
walahbro shh, don't tell. Post'73 (IIRC) Person in car= rated seatbelt and mount. You may have the rego slip but it does not comply and you can be fined if you carry anyone in the rear seats on a road or road-like area.
Cheers, BDave.

Indeed. But Isuzu counties are rare in NZ. So instead the plan is to rock the 300tdi RRC for a while and see how that goes. Particularly to see if the 300tdi is going to like compound turbos.
Longer term considering a 300tdi or TD5 defender. I've already got the 4BD1T RRC as a towing brute.
Does anyone know if all the Personell Carriers have been sold off through the auctions yet?
Pretty sure I saw this discussed on remlr.com recently, will try and find it.
Anyone have a link to the discussion? I can't seem to find it.
I can't find it either, I think the discussion might be a few pages into another thread. Try google then add site:The Registry of Ex Military Land Rovers. Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere. on the end.
