Only of interest to me, but I noted that 48-OIO(A) was available.

I would get it, but I'm moving to QLD soon so it's no good to me (and 48-OIO is available there and in the appropriate size for the Perentie - not slimline).

Does anyone else have a plate-able ARN?

Free text (or "custom") plates are eye wateringly expensive in NSW.

However "personalised" plates are considerably cheaper. They still incur a $99 annual fee, though this wasn't always the case.

Personalised plates are set formats. Examples:
 AAA999
 999AAA
 AA9999
 AAA99A

Edit: just noticed custom are now called "personalised-plus". $440 annual fee. Ouch.
