For both the rack and tent I would consider the weight as one of my most important things to consider. The maximum allowable roof load isn't that high for any 110. Not much point having the bells and whistles rack that leaves you with 5kg spare to load it up.

Depends if you're putting it on a soft top or wagon/hardtop. By memory you have two Senior Commanders, they will take most regular 110 roof racks and RTTs to suit. Just be careful with clearence over the tropical roof. Your FFR on the other hand will need some custom work done as the thread 303 linked to demonstates a solution to.

This is for my FFR. Rathgar from what I can tell the maximum weight limits on a standard 110 roof is between 100-150kg assuming a gutter mount rack (although I'm sure some of those expedition vehicles you see far exceed this)... A full size alloy rack weighs in at around 26kgs and a rooftop tent weighs in at around 60kg's and by the time I secure the rack directly to ROP bars using bolts, nyloc nuts and a special clamp system lifting rack just above the bow in ROP bars this will be a lot stronger and more secure than a gutter mount rack. I'm pretty comfortable that will be fine. You could probably put a lot more up there but my experience is when you get over 100kg's the vehicle starts acting like a bit of a pig. The advantage a full length rack gives me is I can remove tent and have some extra storage in need arises...

I have been looking at my Carry All and roof racks and not a lot of 110 racks will fit. In fact, I haven't seen any that look like they will.

This is of course looking at pictures and not actually trying to attach them. Once I get this wedding out of the way I will go into a shop and try.

A minute to erect and when you do your awning is already there and all sides zip up out of the way to have windows all the way around.

How is yours different to any other 110 wagon? I'm sure the ones I have seen at auction have the same roof as my civillian 110 does. Heck, one wagn at auction actually had a civvy roof with the giraffe windows plated over rather amateurly. Only the tropical roof and roof vents are different to a civvy 110 as far as I could tell.

Bad co as far as I can see most gutter mount racks should fit your carry all although depending on how high it sits you may have to remove tropical roof... Or find something like this one which sits quite high and might clear it
