who would be silly enough to go though roadworthy when only an inspection is needed?
90% of cars fail roadworthy.

Unfortunately, I've had emails from 2 others who were told (rightly or wrongly) they had to go through a roadworthy as the vehicle was not built to ADR specs (again, this is what they were told). And it has been a tale of woe from then on.
Most of us believe what we are told by those who we believe know more than us. I got given a lot of info on what I needed to do to my GS to get it registered, almost all of which turned out to be somewhat misleading.
It is the benefit of forums like this that help to overcome some of those issues.
Hell, mine even went through today with 3010 km on the speedo. They did query it, but I showed him the logbook and he was happy.
If I bought a GS 110 at the SA auctions, would I be able to get a permit to drive it back to NSW to get it registered here? If so where would the permit have to be issued from, SA or NSW?
Cheers.
