Yes, yes and yes. The 3.9 diesels in those two are turbocharged too.
Does it have a Galvanized chassis and Isuzu 3.9 diesel? Thanks for any help.

Thank you! Now who on here has my future vehicle? Anyone.....anyone?
They also have the galvanised cab.
I think you need to look at barefoot Dave threads for a start.
What are your plans?
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

The real problem with those two vehicles is that there were very few dual cab 6x6, so very rare and sought after.
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
In common with the 2 door 6x6 cabs, the 4 door crew cabs have an FRP insert panel in the roof. (notorious known leak spot!)
I've taken a few detail pics here: 6x6 Crew Cab
Good luck finding one. The two you have pictured have been the only two to come up for sale so far, and there are only something like 20 reputed to have been put into service. Just keep waiting!
These are the 2 sold so far:
