Mine is the same. Alternators charge at around 14.4 volts, so getting a measurement on the voltmeter at around that value when charging is actually good going. What does the voltmeter read when ignition is on but the engine isn't running?

SupporterHave just noticed on my drive to work this morning that the Voltmeter needle is just entering the Red Zone between after 14 volts.
Does this mean that something significant is happening??
