    Side step

I bought it at a swap meet, it was new, but about 20 years old.
Sorry I can't give you a brand, but have seen the same type on ebay every so often.

same as whats fitted to My ser3. it rusted out and falling apart. thinking about fabricating from left over tread pate-or buying on ebay.

over seas supplier has one for 45 GBP+ p/h and another has a replacement rubber. its listed as only fitting with wide skirts. and may not come with the support brace leg--the 3rd leg goes to the forward chassis out rigger-if you had a fuel tank im guessing you have to make an alternative.

on ebay UK there are several square step pairs to suit 90.

other have the step that is odd shape. wider at one end.

do a google on uk ebay for step. I prefer not to buy used as it may attract freight delays [cost].

I purchased the defender/110 sidestep some time ago. It fits the sill holes on the beast perfectly, but will not clear the exhaust. Relocating it forward or back will not fix the problem. Grinding off the spring mechanism will give me another 5mm or so to find clearance - that might work, but that would be a folding step that won't fold..... not ideal. I stuck it in the too hard basket. Some Perentie owners have made this animal fit, so I deduce that there is some variance in relative position of the exhaust. Oowa's step looks like a series 3 version, maybe I need to source and try one of those.... just FYI.. Rgds
