I may be wrong, but if the bullbar was stronger, then the force of the hit would have been moved to the next weakest point possibly causing more damage?
Is there a part number for the newer style of bullbar fitted to the Perentie?
After seeing Walahbro's
post about his accident, and how badly that old style bar failed, a newer style bar might be in order (depending on cost)
I have a PTO winch if that makes any difference.
