    perentie GS battery box/storage compartments

One thing I'm confused by is access to the perentie GS battery box/storage compartments-do you really have to remove the entire seat to gain access?
Obiously the seat base doesn't just lift off like in a county/defender.

Hi mate, I had the same problem and I finally realised that the seat has 2 studs in the front that push into the seat frame, mine was stuck which made me think it did not come apart. Push a screwdriver between the front of the seat and the frame and pop the seat off .. Good luck

Yes, it does! There is a push button under the seat base at the front. Push it in, and lift the seat base off. You can then unclip the metal cover, and slide it forward to give access to the battery compartment.

Both TMM and AJ are tright, depending on the age of the seats.
Early ones are the 2x2 locating pin type.
Later ones haves the sprung push in release in the centre front.
    Cheers, BDave.
